Cancellation Policy

To respect our shared time and space in the rented treatment room I book daily for your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit not being refunded. A deposit is required upon booking as a retainer for the rented space at the time of your service.
